Sex doll rental company settled in Langley
The sex doll rental service that started in Calgary will open a second branch in Langley on Friday.
Randy Wiggins, one of Natrl"s three partners, said the service is very popular in Japan and is growing in Europe.
"We lend to shy men. They are very introverted. It is difficult for them to see women," he said.
Vancouver-A company that provides people with "very realistic" sex dolls for short-term rentals plans to open in Metro Vancouver this week and is already calling for a boycott.
Natrl was founded by father and son in Calgary last year and will open a new store in Langley on Friday.
There are no shops that provide rental services. Everything is done online. The company collects and delivers goods.
"We are looking for a market that is not useful enough," Randy said. Randy didn"t want to disclose his last name.
"I think I will succeed in Vancouver."
Natrl"s Calgary location is easier in Russian ski equipment. For example, there are elves named Tar and Bella. I borrowed dolls with different backgrounds. Most people use women as role models, but there are also men.
"You can book online or pay online. Everything is done very carefully. There is a real box where you can fill in the required instructions on delivery."
Life-size dolls can be booked for two hours for $189 or one night for $289.
People choose to rent dolls based on the information on the website. The 22-year-old Vietnamese, described by Minnie as a "little man", is entertaining foreign tourists in the red light district. There are also veterans from Russia, blonde Anastasia Iraq and Afghanistan who retired in Lara, Fanta is an elven ear. Oh, you have dolls such as Bella. Cameron is also interested in male dolls. The company plans to add more dolls in the near future.
Although the website promises to thoroughly clean and "risk-free" the dolls, the company also strongly encourages customers to use protective equipment.
Randy told CTV News that the company charges $250 a night’s rent, which is very low per hour, so be careful when shipping.
"If you want us to walk in the back alley, we can do that, and if you want, you can meet with you somewhere," he said.
He said that all the dolls should be washed thoroughly. The whole process is divided into 5 steps and takes about one and a half hours. Then check all the dolls with ultraviolet light.
The company is still a few days away from opening, but it has caused concerns among female supporters in the region.
The Vancouver Rape Relief and Women"s Shelter told CTV News that these dolls are unpleasant and are examples of female objectification. A message on the Natrl website stated that the doll "has no further restrictions on traditional partners."
"Men should boycott Natel and refuse to participate in or support this terrible industry," Laurel McBride said in an email.
McBride added that in the doll itself, many people have plump breasts and slender buttocks, which also reinforces the ideal of unhealthy women.
Vancouver sex therapists say people should not raise eyebrows too quickly.
Irene Davidson told CTV News: "In the field of sex therapy and sex education, don"t always hate other yams." Others work. "
Randy said that Calgary"s business provides valuable services to specific groups of people, including 70-year-old customers and people with disabilities.
Siri Konsekku scans the doll for $350 per night. Dixon said they look real and have soft skin.
Most are women, but they also have a 5 foot 2 inch male doll named Zac.
You can book online and deliver and retrieve it the next day. After picking up, thoroughly clean each doll with antibacterial soap for 2 hours.
"Scrub the entire doll from head to toe," Dixon said.
She also said that she wanted to open a brothel, but she wanted to maintain her status through insurance and a driver"s license.
"This is the only way this happens and is legalized," she said.
This is an idea with room for discussion, critics say, encouraging clients to treat women as objects.
This fall, there was an advertisement for a sex doll brothel in Vancouver, and the factory is now in operation. Bella Dolls offers a 30-minute course (90 USD), a 1-hour course (120 USD) and a 2-hour mannequin (240 USD).
Maria Paredes of the Vancouver Rape Relief Organization said at the time: "In the final analysis, men treat women as ruthless people and can use and reuse them as they please.
Dixon understands that not everyone understands his business, but so far, she says her response has been very positive. She admitted that at first she was shy with the members of the purchasing team.
"The more I sit, A Idea can really adapt, it"s interesting and surprisingly beautiful," she said.
"I"m just thinking about everyone. Don"t knock on the door before trying."
Dixon hopes to officially launch it next week, and believes that most of her customers are business travelers and are interested in trying to do so.
"Sex can be sold anywhere. This is a human need," she said.
"There are stroke patients, there are some mobility problems, shy people are introverted, and even the idea of dating a woman is terrible."
The company has already launched 8 dolls and plans to launch 8 more in late February.
According to the company"s website, the doll is made of a material called Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material "has many of the same properties as skin." Many dolls nowadays are tpe sex dolls
"Everything is going well in Calgary. We launched here in November. We have always had expansion plans. We have been developing it."
According to the company"s website, when the doll is returned after booking, it undergoes a "rigorous multi-step cleaning process by well-trained and qualified employees."
Antibacterial soap and hydrogen peroxide are used both inside and outside the doll. Then use black light and ultraviolet light to inspect the doll.
Wiggins will be in charge of Langley"s business, and his son and other partners will continue to work in Calgary.
"We also borrowed a doll for the disabled in Calgary." "Because we borrowed a doll for the stroke [man], he has limited mobility. We found that using the doll increased confidence. This is a heart."
